本日9-11でコートが取れたので早めに行き公園の中を散歩、紅葉も色ずきすがすがしい気分でした。
快晴の中、朝は少し寒かったのですが少し体を動かすとちょうどいいぐらいの気候で快い汗をかきました。
メンバーは3名でしたが、シングルスで思う存分プレイでき満足。
まだまだ上達しないので、日々イメージトレーニングをして練習に挑むのですが中々上手くいきません、めげずに12月も練習がありますのでがんばろうと思っています。
